These Terms & Conditions form the binding agreement between you and FiestaSlots. By registering an account, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old in Ontario (18+ where permitted by your province) and a Canadian resident to register. One account is permitted per person, household, and IP address.

Minimum deposit is CAD $10 via Interac e-Transfer. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible, per anti-money-laundering (AML) rules.
4. Bonus Terms

5. KYC & AML Obligations
FiestaSlots must verify player identity before releasing withdrawals, per AGCO/iGO and Canadian AML requirements. Required documents include government-issued photo ID and proof of address.

8. Force Majeure
FiestaSlots is not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or regulatory changes.
9. Disputes
Disputes are first handled by FiestaSlots support. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to iGaming Ontario or the AGCO. See our Contacts page.
10. Changes to These Terms
FiestaSlots may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
