General rules governing gameplay, payouts, and fairness across FiestaSlots’ slot, live casino, and instant games.

General Principles

All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently tested by an accredited lab. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published per game in the game’s info panel. In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected bets are voided and stakes refunded per iGO integrity rules.

Slot Game Rules

1 Each spin is generated independently by the certified RNG — results are never influenced by previous spins.

2 Maximum bet during active bonus wagering is CAD $10 per spin.

3 RTP is displayed in each game’s information panel and may vary slightly by studio version.

4 If a malfunction is detected mid-round, the round is voided and the stake returned.

Live Casino Rules

Live tables are streamed from Evolution studios with professional dealers. If a stream disconnects mid-round, the round is settled based on the last confirmed game state, or voided and refunded if no valid result was recorded. Session time-outs apply after extended inactivity for security.

Roulette Rules

European Roulette (single zero) is the standard variant offered, giving a lower house edge than American double-zero wheels. Maximum table bets are displayed on-screen before each round.

Crash & Instant Games

Titles like Aviator and Piñata Payout use provably-fair or independently audited multiplier mechanics. Your cash-out point determines your payout; if you don’t cash out before the round ends, the round bet is lost.

Bonus Abuse & Multi-Accounting

One account per player is permitted. Using multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated play to exploit bonus terms will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure, per our Terms & Conditions.
